Damaged Products and Parcels

​If there is any damage to your parcel/package upon receipt; please document and photograph all damage, including the outside packaging and include them in an email to us at: sales@crumbleandcore.com. Without images of both product and packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product.

Returns

Please contact us before returning any items at: sales@crumbleandcore.com.

Any returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging. No tape is to be attached to the product. The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the buyer.

When returned goods are received in accordance to the above criteria, we will refund the value of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above listed criteria.
Please quote your order number on all correspondence.
